Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial or independent professional activity:

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, have taken ownership of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (printmate GmbH, Ludwig Timm, Miraustr. 27-29, 13509 Berlin, +49 30 809327300, service@printmate.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, you must notify us of your intention to cancel before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of delivery costs that more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery cost), within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For any refunds, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to a customer’s individual design or which are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs. This applies to the majority of goods delivered by printmate GmbH and therefore we expressly point out that the right to cancel is excluded.

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.
